Amazon India — Product not delivered and harassment

I ordered a phone on sale with an exchange offer on Amazon on 5-Aug-22. They claimed on their website that it will be delivered in 1 day, i.e. 6-Aug-22.
It was a prepaid order. The phone was priced at INR 50, 099 and after discounts and exchange, it costed me a little more than INR 27.000

The product was shipped by the seller on 6th morning and it was out for delivery. The delivery agent did not reach my location and marked the status as delivery attempted, WITHOUT ACTUALLY ATTEMPTING IT. I called customer service multiple times and was given the assurance that there might be some issue with the system, it doesn't generally happen, and we will get in touch with our logistics / delivery team and ensure the delivery happens by tomorrow, i.e. 7-Aug-22.

I understood that there might be an issue. The same drama with delivery and the customer service team happened the next day as well. And the next day as well i.e. 7th Aug and 8th Aug. Infact, the delivery agent, after I was calling him about 100 times a day, he picked up the call on the 8th of Aug and told me he has my package and will be delivered to you later in the evening.
However, he never came. The CS team and escalation team said we are closing observing your order, raised complaints and an action will be taken, and our priority is your delivery so be assured that it will be delivered asap. ALL LIES.
Then, late in the night, at around 12, the order was marked as return to seller. Remember, it is a prepaid order along with an exchange for a phone which I am already using. I had deleted all the data from it already since it was supposed to reach in a day. So, when the order was marked as return to seller, I called up CS team again, and they again assured me (in order to avoid my call I am assuming) that it will reach by tomorrow. Lies and lies on my face. I hope the call recording is there and you can take action on that.

Now, instead of reshipping it, they are asking me to place the order again, before the refund has even been initiated. The website still says 1-day delivery to which I am really skeptical about.

I had been in conversation with customer service for more than 6 hours in total which has caused a lot of mental anxiety and harassment to me. Their lies have bothered me a lot since I was being polite and trying to understand the root cause of the issue.
