Amazon India — Product not delivered and now the product is getting returned from the warehouse | |||||
I'd ordered a product in sale and I got a mail to schedule a delivery date for that product so I contacted the customer service team and scheduled the delivery date. I've all the proof of chat transcript and the emails. But after a few days, I got a mail that my product is damaged in transit and it was undeliverable and now it is being returned to the seller. I wasn't even got contacted at the time of delivery and now it is being returned to seller. If the product was damaged in transit, was it my fault? I asked the customer service team to ship a new product if the product got damaged in transit... they're not listening to me at all. This is the worst experince I had while ordering at amazon.
