Amazon India — product not delivered but showing delivered in amazon website | |||||
I have made online payment & ordered 2 mantra mfs-100 fingerprint scanner which is supposed to deliver on 16th october, 2018. I surprised to note that it is showing delivered on amazon webiste where as i disnt received the product. I had given complaint through tollfree no and also through email. By email they confirmed me rhat they will scrutinise the matter and provide me reply on 19th oct, 2018. But i didnt received any reply on 19th and when i contacted them they hace replied that they will now provide reply on 29th oct, 2018. It is ahowing that they are delaying reply and i feel i lost my money by orderibg through amazon. So i suggeat everyone not to buy any product through amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
