Amazon India — product not delivered but status shows delivered | |||
This is regarding my order#[protected] I have ordered a product on 2nd of august 2017, as it was mentioned that prime customer will get the product delivered on next day as i am a prime customer so delivery should be next day i. E.3 aug but unfortunately it was not received yet but amazon website shows it delivered on 3 aug. When i called amazon customer care on 3rd august around 7pm they asked me to wait for today product will recieve but no luck : ( Next day again i called and asked about product delivery i got answer that i have to again wait for 24 hrs. This is what amazon is making customer fool and taking money for prime membership and not able to deliver the product on time. Certainly it needs to take serious action against this type.
