Amazon India — product not received and refuse to accept

My Amazon account is [protected].i ordered seagate hard disk and tp -link wifi adapter on 15th feb 2020.it was delivered on 22 feb 2020.i received the box which is tempered from 3 corners of the box then i opened it and i only found the wifi adapter.inside it bill is also there of two products one of wifi adapters and another one of hard disk.then i immediately complained to the customer service and told them after that they told me to wait for 5days we investigate on it.i told ok then.after that they refuse to accept the complaint.they told it is ok from us i told i m having unboxing video also also the also they told they will not accept it.please help me my 2990 rs has got wasted. I m having the unboxing video also.my order id is[protected].
