Hello,
My name is "sapam singh" & i have ordered oneplus 5 from amazon.in with order id[protected] on 24 sept. 2017.. Which expected to be delivered on 25 sept. 2017..
But on 25sept around 7pm delivery details automatically updated that product is successfully delivered... But i didn't receive my product & not even get a call from courier boy.. So i immediately called to amazon customer service that i didn't receive my product & its showing delivered.. So they told me to wait for 2 says for further investigation...
So i called amazon customer service again on 27sept.. & on that day another agent told me to wait more for 5 days...
At 10pm on same day i got an email from amazon that my account has been blocked... After that i mailed to amazon but they just giving me same reply that blocking of your account is permanent action...
I just want to know why amazon blocked my account without delivering my product... I just wana say to amazon please give me my amount back or deliver my product in my hand... Please help me... I am very depressed... This is totally sacm running by amazon with customers... I am also attaching the mail which i received from amazon on different days... Please help me to get my amount.. Please
