Amazon India — product not received | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from website (Amazon.in). I have recently purchased a mobile phone (Brand: motorola and modal no: moto g5s plus) from website (Amazon.in), my tracking no:[protected]. My parcel is not arriving till date, unfortunately there is some issue with my parcel. Firstly, the commit delivery date is 07.10.2017 before 11:00 am. I get prime member service. But not arrived then contact with amazon executive (Customer care center) that told me we are send request our currier team, and within 24 hr we are deliver. I am continually contact with amazon executive, but still not found my parcel. And any updates. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. Other wise return my money as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your services.
