I have ordered redmi note 7 pro (Space black, 128gb, 6gb ram) date on : 05/07/2019 with order no.#[protected] whose payment was made by credit card but i have recived a call from direct amazone seller (Star bright) date on 06/07/2019 time 6.00 pm and he told that your order no. Order#[protected]Redmi note 7 pro space black, 128gb, 6gb ram) date : 05/07/2019 is on hold as payment is cancelled than he send me an mail to make payment of rs.- 14999 in account no.[protected] ifsc code:ratn0000057 name: amazon selling service pvt. Ltd for resuming order so i made an payment of rs. 14999/- in given account with transaction refrence no.[protected] date: 06/07/2019 time 18:55 hours. Today i have called to amazone customer care to know my order status, than he told me that seller will direct call you within 2 days and we have no responsability of amount transferred by you and even we can not register an complaint against concerned seller.
