Amazon India — product not returning and no refund initiated. | |||
Order no:[protected] I am a customer on amazon and i purchased a sony speaker on amazon. I received a different one and initiated a return but i mistaked and put it in damaged product category. Now they are not returning my refund just because i changed my statement. Its been almost 20 days and they are resisting all my pleas. Please resolve my issue.
