Amazon India — Product purchased during cell is not delivered and get automatically cancelled on expected delivery date. | |||||
I had purchased Yamaha PACIFICA012 (Electric Guitar, Dark Blue Metallic) on 23rd Jan 2016 at amazon.in during the sell. I got this product at amazing deal and I paid for it through credit card. My order is successfully placed and money is deducted from my Credit card. After waiting for 2-3 days there is no update on status of my ordered product due to which I have called the Customer Care and mentioned about the case they contacted the seller and assured me about delivery of product on the mentioned date. But at the time of delivery date they cancelled my order and refund is initiated which will get refunded in 2-3 business days. In this situation the point is about the customer service where I have waited for almost 10 days to get the product meanwhile their is no response from seller and my money is got stuck for 15 days. After doing all this what I received was nothing except disappointment and bad service and even though they mentioned the issue on their end but still customer has to suffer. Is this fair?
