[Resolved]  Amazon India — Product received is damaged

I want to return this product as it is damaged(broken spokes) and seems like it is used. I had called multiple times at your customer service but everytime they said that L1 team will connect with you in a while for your issue. I have sent an escalation email but no luck.

Please find the attached screenshot of the damaged product.
