Amazon India — Product returned amount not received

Am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding a recent return request associated with my order (Order ID:[protected].

I had initiated a return for the said order, and the return pickup was successfully completed by your courier partner. However, the status on the Amazon application incorrectly reflects that the pickup was rejected.

Following this discrepancy, I raised a complaint through your customer care helpline. After 2–3 working days, I received a response stating that the investigation concluded the item was not returned — which is inaccurate, as the product was indeed collected by the delivery personnel.

I kindly request that this matter be re-investigated and resolved at the earliest. Please update the return status accurately and process the refund accordingly.
