Amazon India — Products not picked up it's almost been, a month even after several follow ups with customer care | |||||
Order #[protected] and order #[protected]. Placed and order on 2nd oct, 2016 and another on 21st oct worth rs.4500/-. I had to return the products as the quality of the products were not good, and also the website description was inaccurate. I also informed about this to customer care rep, and he assured that to please place a replacement order and you will received the product as per website description. S, i placed a replacement order, but still received the same type of product. So, i place a request for a refund. But till date i. E 4th november 2016, the products are not yet picked up and i have been following up with them almost every 2-3 days. I every time i hear the same thing, mam this issue has been escalated and it will be picked up by tomorrow. Their tomorrow has not yet arrived. My money is stuck with them for almost a month. I need my refund asap and compensation from amazon for keeping my money and the time i have wasted for this returningthem Was this information helpful? | |||||
