Amazon India — Products not received from Amazon

I have paid for three memory cards worth Rs.34000 and on their website it kept showing despatched and the products never got delivered to me. Also I wrote the complaint emails but nobody replied to the same. Two days back I even chatted on their online helpline but even their employee said that they can't help. But I expect at least money to be refunded if they are unable to reach my products to me.

Updated by Seema-22 Tired of complaining on emails, chatting with your representative but no use.i had ordered memory cards on Amazon.in and an advance payment was taken worth more than Rs.34000

They are coolly telling me that they can't do anything.

How can they cheat me of my money
