Amazon India — Providing false details | |||||
I received message of my package delivery and got the contact details of delivery person. I tried numerous times to connect with delivery agent but his mobile was switched off. Then i reached customer care for whereabouts of my package and said they gonna convey the details to courier team. I called twice to service agent and the first person said they gonna deliver it by eod @10:30pm and assured me a call from courier team. Waited for about 30 min for call from courier team. As i didn't received called back this time also with same response but now the eod was 8:30pm. How can there working hours change from person-person? How can they give a number that doesn't switch on all the time? How can they assure one-day-delivery when they are doing it on the eod of second day? They gave a good message with the first order of my prime membership. Was this information helpful? | |||||
