Amazon India — purchase of mobile handset samsung m31

I have placed an order of mobile handset samsung m31 vide order id no.[protected] dated 22/06/2020 under exchange offer. Amazon. India has sent a sms on 6.32 am that my phone will be delivered today and after 3 minutes at 6.35am, delivery boy knocked the door for collecting old handset which is to be exchanged. I asked that delivery boy to wait only 5 minutes as i could factory reset my old hand set before handing over to him. But he doesn't wait even seconds and moved with words that he will come back within 15 minutes. But he has not com whole day. I have uninstalled all the apps including office zoom cloud. I have cancelled all assignments today and still waiting. I have called him twice but he doesn't pick my call. I hv not expected this type of service from amazon. I am requesting to look into matter and ensure speedy delivery of parcel on priority basis.
