Amazon India — Purchasing mobile-set Moto G plus 4G (black,32GB) Android 7.0 | |||
I have purchase one mobile online from Amazon site having order number number ID[protected] on 4th Jan'17. But 2-3 months uses it was malfunctioning in key board(touch-screen). The batery condition also not good as signal coming during charging. I am unable to service in my location and obviously i am unable to go to long distance for servincing. I have a request, Amazon should sale as well as deliver quality product to the customer like me who are working in private concern. As it has warranty period of one year, I want replace the set.
