Amazon India — quantity not completely full

I have order "citra frosted big bulb lights, 20led 10m, plastic frosted globe fairy string lights bulb, indoor outdoor diwali decorative lights/lighting, 240v, plug" on the date of "26 september 2019".

Quantity 3

They sent me only one after 2 days

When i call them they said the second package will come soon but no update.

And i paid for 3 package.

I have attach the invoice please solve it asap.
