Amazon India — Rakhi order and not delivered after 17 days

I have placed order for rakhi on 01-Aug-2016 and after 17 days also no proper response frpm amzone . They have not taken any action and customer support team not at all ready to answer.

Since oder was rakhi and same not received before rakhi what is the use of order.
