Sir, i have ordered mobile phone on september 7 and they sent me the wrong mobile so i returned the mobile on september 30 and they said that the amount will reflected on my bank account on october 5 but it was not refunded i contacted amazon they sent me a refund reference code and told me to show this code to bank they will help to refund your money i showed it to the bank they said that they cant do anything with it.
