I Ordered A Refurbished Oneplus 7t Order No.[protected] Which I Receive On 16th April When I Switch It On There Is A White Line On Display, I Raised A Return Complaint On Amazon It Asks Me To Book A Slot After Two Days A Engineer Will Visit Uh And Check The Phone I Said Ohk, I Wait For Two Days But No One Comes, I Contact Amazon Again, They Said Me I[censored]h Want To Return The Product Uh Have To Wait For 2 Days More, There Is No Slot Available For Engineer, I Ask Them Simply I[censored]r Engineer Didn't Come Then Why Should Cx Suffer And Wait For Two Days More, I M A Business Person I Cant Postponed My Day Schedule Just For An Engineer Visit,
Then Amazon Said Me Sorry We Cant Do Anything In This Case.
Now I Simply Want My Money Back, I Don't Want To Shop Anything From This Company, Who Don't Even Know How To Talk With A Customer.
