I have purchased the Haier 570L (HRF - 622SS) Refrigerator (order id[protected]) from Amazon India.
I have received the damaged product having dents on the product (photos attached).
The amazon delivery guys refused and told me they are incapable of opening the product box and telling me that a Brand technician will come and open the box, technician will take care.
The Brand Technician confirmed that the product is damaged (Job card attached).
Even though after providing the Brand Technician Job card, Amazon people are refusing to replace the product.
This is not fair business.
Please replace my product.
Could some one here help me to get my product replacement.
