Amazon India — Received different product and Amazon not helping me with my refund and return

I ordered a Levi's jeans and which was delivered to me on 19th September and when i opened the packaging what i saw that i received different jeans with Levis tags and it was totally different from what i ordered... I complaint it to Amazon but they are only saying to contact on 25th not before that ... Plz help me with my money back and resolve the issue... Order id of product is[protected]... And registered mobile number is [protected] ... I request you to plz refund my money back and make sure that it will not happen again... I will be obliged
