Amazon India — Received Empty Box - Item Missing

I placed an order for a watch - Brand - Guess - on Amazon India on 5th Nov 2025
My mother received it in Raipur. When she opened the box - it was empty

There was not watch inside the package!!!

I called Amazon 3 times and she called 3 times and I talked to 9 customer care representatives over chat and then finally when she called, someone said that the case is being put to investigation

They have asked us to get back to them on 15th Nov 2025

Now - I have seen multiple people losing their money over such things and I had paid 15000 for the watch and it will be a frustrating thing to lose money over something like this

Its not our fault and company should be 100% held responsible for such mishap

I hope they can resolve my issue and get me the refund back because i am not complaining over a small amount
