Dear sir,
I purchased an online refrigerator through Amazon India. my order no. #[protected]. I will receive the product in a damaged condition when the whirlpool service engineer unboxed the product. I will see the box is in broken condition at the time of delivery but I was not open the box because whirlpool will not provide a warranty which will not open in front of their service engineer. so I have to wait for the service engineer when he comes and opened the box and found the refrigerator are in damaged condition. after that, he told me that you will return the product and he will note the same in his job sheet and both are duly signed the job. Amazon representative says they were sent an email on the same day in the morning at 7.40 am which is not seen by me. Due above they (Amazone) say they are not able to return the damaged piece & whirlpool service engineer says if there is a problem with the compressor they will not give any warranty for this damage.
in the above conditions, I feel myself fool s after paying the full amount for the product to amazon India.
My complaint is amazon India provided in the damaged piece and now he is not ready to replace it.
My request is to please replace my product on an urgent basis otherwise refund my full purchase amount to me.
You are requested kindly do the needful for the above at earliest.
Hoping consumer count resolved my problem.
