[Resolved]  Amazon India — received refund without my consent

Hi team,

Please note that i booked two products and it did not get delivered even after 7 days. I thought may be it will get delivered, as i booked few more products on the same day and also received for the same address. Address is below:

Without my consent they have initiated refunding process for the two products and do not need the refund as i liked the products very much.

Please help me to get those two products again for the same price.

I thought amazon best online shopping. But very unhappy with the service which i had this time. Please help..
