I have ordered new phone but i received refurbished one Mi Poco M2 Pro from Amazon
I need a refund or replacement of my mobile phone as it is not working properly i have complaint several times to amazon customer care but they are asking for deny letter from mi service centre but the service centre said they dont give any such kind of letter. Pls resolve this issue asap i have ordered this phone on 18th of October 2022 but i have the service invoice of 24 june 2021 which i got from service centre.It has been repaired in delhi.
It is the valid proof of refurbished mobile.
Pls do the needful asap...
