[Resolved] Amazon India — received wrong item and return pickup has been canceled 6 times from courier partner 'delhivery' | |||
I placed an order with Amazon on 13 Aug 2019, order Id[protected]. The product was Hofones 26000 mAh powerbank. I paid Rs 1499/-. I contacted Amazon as I received different product than what I had ordered. Accordingly a return request was created for 18 August 2019 but the same was cancelled by courier partner. After that I raised 5 return request and all were cancelled by courier partner without even contacting me. I highlighted this issue to Amazon via calls and emails and Everytime I heard is an apology and assurance that the product will be picked up. They sent me a return label but did not provide seller address, declaration and hazmat label which is essential to affix on the box in case of powerbank or laptop battery. Till date neither the product is picked up nor Amazon is ready to process the refund. Today twice I called up on customer care and they disconnect my call while I was online. I request this forum to help me in this regards as I don't have much patience left to deal with Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
