Hello, i have ordered a fitness band from amazon with online payment and showing to arrive on 12 august, but it is showing delivered by amazon and i have not received the product and any call from delivery agent for collecting product. This is misuse of my online payment done by me. Kindly solve the issue and deliver the product with full refund also. I have face lots of problems in getting this. Value is 1000 rs.

    This is to inform you that i have purchased this product by amazon on 5/8/2019 however after got this product and unboxing this product we got some scratches front of the panel and some scratches back side. Its looks like the product already used by other.

    I purchse the product form the amazon because of trust online shopping site however there is many shipping site but i only buy products from amazon. But even after this, i got cheated and got the bad or used product.
    I spoke to amazon for replacement so he placed an order for replacement.
    But both times their delivery boy misbehaved with me and said that the first time i said that i will not be able to deliver the product, i disconnected the phone the second time, the same guy said that the next day car broke down and i will not be able to come. But now the people of amazon are telling me that the replacement cannot be done, you will be given a refund. This is one of my questions from the amazon people again and againand the mistake is the ones from amazon, they gave me the second hand product and the scratch product. I am being harassed again and again, i was repeatedly tortured. I have become very weak mentally because of amazon.
    I made an emi for this product, if i had not made an emi, i would have taken a refund if i had given amazon refund. I have repeatedly told amazon that i have made an emi for this product. I told the people of amazon that you had to stop yamai, there was no mistake on my part, the amazon has been bothering me repeatedly that you talk in the bank, we cannot be anything from our end.

    Please consumer court help me there is a lot to say but a very long email has been made.

      Hi,

      I ordered tampered glass for my honor play mobile, but the product delivered is wrong. It is for some other mobile. When i tried going for a replacement, but there seems to be no replacement for this product.
      It is very unprofessional for such a big website to deliver a wrong product and then not even replace it with the right one.
      Request you to please help with this soon

        I ordered iphone adapter wire on 07-aug-2019 and delivery date show on 12-aug-2019.
        12-aug-2019 status show delivered but till 12-aug-2019 not received this product.
        Totally fraud... And when i contacted with amazon they said that its fault of delivery person.. Then i said give my refund if failed to delivery on time the amazon said as our policy refund after 5 days...
        Online fraud...
        Why suffer customer if fault of amazon delivery...

        Amazon block my amazon account for 1 years.and till I try to contact with them many times.They says 'you will get CALLBACK within 2 working days .but they don't call me.I need to unblock my account immediately.

          I ordered an amazon basic washing machine 6.5 Kg Top load fully automatic on July 15, 2019, and it got installed on 19th July 2019.
          Now we face a problem in the washing machine, while the machine spin, we find that the noise is loud and the drum is getting hit by the side of the machine.
          Raised a service ticket through portal chat, customer call center and via email too, but there is no proper response from them. I am following up with email and toll-free number on a regular basis on alternative days but all in vain.
          We are requesting for product exchange or repair as soon as possible

            Had ordered an oppo K3 64 gb from amazon and there was cashback of rs.1000 through amazon pay. and they gave me that cashback also, then I decided to order 128gb so I cancelled pervious order which was I paid 15490, then I recivied msg that your refund amt was initiated amt 14490 they deducted my cash back, what happened to my next order cash back.

                On 5th august 2019 i was order 4tb harddisk in amazon..
                order no:[protected].which shows the quarantee delever on 7th august 2019 evening 9pm.that day i didnt recive the order, but that amazon app shows that order was deliverd..iam very desperate and call customer care ..amazon represent said that was scanning error, will sort out your problem shortly u will get your order by tomorrow.i was waiting for next day but there is none to deliver..i was again call to represent, she said wait till monday..now again i called ..there is no proper assurance cannot give by representative on the call..so this is a fraudness..without deliver a product ..showing deliver..keep my money Rs.8275 for a week not deliverying a product is absoulte cheat...

                  I have ordered baby pants diapers worth rupees 485 on friday and my payment method was pay on delivery. Agent took 500 rupees note from me instead of return 15 rupees he told me balance amount will be add to your account. But i didn't receive any amt.

                    I had ordered some products of rs.2773/-from amazon that i have to cancel because they asked for revise payment. And after some minutes when i ordered some products for rs.2150/- (After some edits and did payment for them). At that moment i got two different messages that's they had debited my previous cancelled products money also.
                    And it's been 11 days and my money is not reflected back in my account till now.
                    And the *refund reference number for the transaction given by amazon is[protected].
                    Please kindly help me in this situation to get back my sum of rs. 2773/- in my pnb account.

                      Dear sir,
                      I booked a mobile (Nokia5) online at offer price rs. 6299.00 through amazon india co. Vide order no.[protected] on 09aug2019. It has been dispatched on same day vide tracking no.[protected] & informed that will be delivered by 11aug 2019. But my order has been cancelled on 11aug 19 without any prior information & my mandate also without any specific reason. I have been informed on 12 aug 19 when sale on offer has been expired. I have been informed that your order has cancelled & money is refunded within 2 to 4 days also said to place fresh order. If i order now same item it is costing rs. 7990.00 that means i am in loss of appx. Rs. 1700.00 which is due to the carelessness of the amazon india co. Which i'll have to bear.

                      Now i request you to replace my order for same item on same offer price because i already paid money for that & i don't want refund for that besides i want the item which i ordered within stipulated time of sale. Moreover if it has been informed me within time i would have booked the item within sale then i shouldn't have complaint. But in this present scenario the amazon india co. Is very much responsible for that. Kindly resolve the matter with satisfaction level. If not so then i will be required to go to consumer court for same complaint.

                        Hi on 9th August evening amazon delivery boy call me and said that he will going to deliver the product on Saturday 10th August but till today 12th of August I have not received the product. And delivery status is displayed as "Delivery Attempted"
                        What your cheating people this a very bad service provided by amazon.

                            I had ordered an oppo k3 from amazon and there was an assured cashback of rs.1000 through amazon pay. Amazon is not responding to any queries or mails sent to them. This a scam because they are not willing to take the product back as well.

                            There are many customers facing the same issue and amazon is behaving indifferent to all queries. Please look into this because the phone was sold of in the first day and if they scammed all those buyers, it is a big amount that the company has cheated on

                            Soo I ordered adidas jogger and got a different brand received since then I’ve been trying to get an update for my refund.. 2days back you customer support executive said to me that I’ll receive my refund by 6th of October coz it’s an UPI payment soo it’ll take time .today when i called up your customer services your executive told me that “mam it’s a issue of junk product received from your side and we wont be able to initiate the refund” like seriously??? I mean I returned the product on 27th of September and since then I’ve been waiting to get the refund you guys are not even providing cash on delivery option to your customers you take our money and send us the wrong product and then blame it on us?? If this is what you’re saying then your pickup executive should’ve told me at the time of pickup only!!! Or when i filed a return request stating I’ve received a different product with a brand named ONLY then you shouldn’t have initiated the pickup!!! You’re just making a fool out of your customers . This is not the kind of service i was expecting from amazon and literally this is the last time I shopped from you guysi won’t be repeating the same. l Myntra and Flipkart are a gem and when it comes to refund they initiate it immediately after the pickup is done but you guys literally took 10days made a fool out of me and now are blaming me for it.. I WANT THE REFUND TO BE INITIATED ASAP THATS IT.. now how am I supposed to share the pictures of the product that you already took?? And even in that case you should’ve asked me to share the pictures at the time of pickup only you took the wrong product and my money too!!!

                              They have contacted me and said me to return the wrongly delivered product, but they are not submitting tge return request so courier boy is not accepting the product and then i contact again to the amazon they said they can't help me. They are doing wrong and wasting my time also. From last 15-20 days they have really wasted my time and not helped me even i am saying i have receipt of wrong product they have sent.

                                Order cancelled as some product got damaged in the transit even without informing
                                I ordered some pantry items on amazon india during the sale
                                The status got confirmed and i even paid for the order
                                The after 2 days the status showed as returning to seller without any call or intimation
                                Then i contacted customer care, first time the customer service representative told me that they are not sure of reason and gave me a number to contact the delivery guy. When i called the deliver agent he did not receive my call.
                                I called the customer care again, after 10 mins of hold time they told me that some product got damaged in the transit and so they want to cancel the order. When i asked for replacement they said they cannot as the items are not available.
                                If a product is damaged in the transit then it is not customer fault then we should be getting a replacement and not refund.
                                If we buy it on sale and then they cancel the order without even informing what is use of sale and what is use of customers wasting time
                                There is no proof that the product is damaged or etc.
                                I feel they are just playing with customers, planning a sale and cancelling the orders.

                                  I ordered some product through amazon.in on 16th july 2019 order no.[protected]. Ariel liquid detergent and fiama di will's soap is not delivered till now. I contact to amazon but they regret my request to deliver product due to damage in transit. I want replacement product but amazon refuse my request.

                                    Sir, i want to know why the price for seagate expansion portable 2 tb external hard drive hdd – usb 3.0 for pc laptop and mac (Stea2000400) is different on your amazon.in web site and different on amazon prime now when both the sites are of amazon.
                                    On amazon.in it is priced at mrp ₹ 7, 499.00 less 31% off which comes to ₹ 5, 199.00 and on amazon prime now it is priced at mrp ₹ 11, 699.00 less 56% off which comes to ₹ 5199.00.
                                    Isn't this cheating the customers by amazon? The mrp price has to be the same at both the above mentioned sites for the same product though the discount offer could vary, but inflating the price and luring the customers showing higher discount offer on the same product is purely cheating and misleading.
                                    Please explain and respond to this with a satisfactory reply at the earliest.

                                        Ordered on 10 august 2019 order#[protected]. The watch is not working. No options mentioned in the description are working. When we tried to replace the item, it was not replaced and no assistance was also provided in solving the problem. Your person (Pragnya phone no. 44 [protected]) told that we need to provide a certificate from the company that the watch is not working then only he will replace the item. I think it is not my work. Please provide the official letter that you need a certificate from the company, i will do the same.
