I Payed Rs.14746.55 on 05.08.2019 to Amazon for an order[protected] but my order was showing as payment pending. After my repeated calls to amazon customer care only on 11.08.2019 i was told that i will be receiving my refund within 4 days but till today 23.08.2019 i have not received my money. Kindly help.

    I purchased a product on amazon on 21 july of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 7th august of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

      Hi,
      I have placed the order #[protected] and received on 5th July.
      It was Fossil watch, the watch was defective, the dial had scratch so we have asked Amazon to return the same but they have refused to pick from home so we had to send the watch via speed post, after few days they have received the item but I have not got update for refund .
      when I sent a mail then they replied they have received the item and will get back in 3 days by 15th july.
      I did not get any reply till 16th July also, I sent mail again and got reply after few days that Amazon has received an empty parcel, I had provided them proof where it shows weight also .

      First of all they have not informed me that they have recieved empty box
      Second they have not provided any proof I had provided my proof.
      Third for example if delivery item is missed in transit at the time they have received it why they didn't do the weight ?

      Now even after saveral calls and mails from last 1 month, I have not received the refund.they are replying same thing in last 10 mails to wait for 3-5 days .

      Seems fraud case from Amazon warehouse who has received the item.
      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Please suggest the next step if we don't get response from them or get unsetisfatory reply.
      I have been already following up with them since last 1 month.

        I ordered whirlpool refrigerator on 11 aug 2019 ORDER #[protected] on amazon.in and got the product on 15th aug 2019, we found the product is damaged and i complained to amazon customer care after 3 days communication long long conversations finally i get replacement for my order, and is to be delivered on 22nd aug 2019, but to my surprise this item when opened by delivery boy is also much damaged than previous one.
        this is worst experience with me and very very bad service from amazon
        nothing to do i called amazon customer care and the said will pickup the product and issue refund but what about the losses i faced due to this poor service
        can anybody take care about what i have loosed since i ordered on 11th

        1. paid amount on 11th
        2. received damaged product and fought for replacement for 3 days and finally replacement approved
        3. after 3 days received replaced product (damaged) and was return to seller
        4. customer service says we will refund after pickup scheduled tomorrow 23rd aug 2019
        5. after 5-7 days will get refund

        means lost money for 3 weeks, not having perfect product and what next if i order now will have to pay[protected] extra to buy the same product

        so much harassment, lived without an important home appliance for 2 weeks and result is

        REFUND...
        THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE

          But till date i have not received my item.
          I have called at your customer care at least of 10 times but still not received any status of my order.
          Please let me now, how many times i need to call the customer care for the status of my product.

              I have orderd on 6 aug and paid online and on 8 aug i cancelled the item after 1 day i got mail that my refund is initiated but still i have not got my refund. Reference no is 545918. I have checked my ministatement but amt has not yet been credited and 19 was last date for refund to be reflected into my acnt but there has been no refund and i have complained but the executives are saying that refund has been initiated

              I have UA48J5300AR samsung smart tv. I have Dell laptop. member of amazon prime. I can change font subtitles of amazon prime videos in laptop but NOT in TV. I view amazon prime in my TV through smart hub. the font subtitles in TV is so small and uncomfortable to read. There must be some way to increase the font of subtitles. how?

                Please look into the matter.. I have been delivered delivered sony dsc h300 camera.. But i had ordered canon 1500 eos digital slr camera under this order on amazon india app. The outer box was of canon.. But inside the box it was sony dsc h300 camera...!!! This was shocking to say the least.. I had uploaded photos of sony camera immediately after the receipt of the consignment. The complaint was made on the same day immediately upon receipt of this wrong item...! But now the call centre of amazon is saying that i am lying!! And that i have been delivered the right product!!

                Please look into the matter as the company call centre employees are not responding and understanding the sensitivity of the issue.. I have been cheated by some fulfillment centre employee probably..!!!

                I want amazon india to deliver me the product i had ordered i. E. Canon 1500 eos digital slr camera or refund me the complete amount of this item.. I am already paying emi for this product..

                      Yesterday i just ordered a sujata chutney jar of mrp ₹699 at ₹549 which was an exaggeration as i later came to know about when i brought the same from market of mrp ₹531 at ₹450.
                      The company is selling the product at an increased mrp and trying to show that they are providing you with a discount.
                      This act is against ethics as well as against healthy business conduct.
                      I am hereby seeking for an effective redressal.

                                Iam using amazon app since 2012 recently i have purchased honour 8x mobile 📱 but after unboxing that product i have observed that screen was going faded in eye protection mode after that i have complained to amazon coustmer care at first they didn't respond seriously but after two days again i called then they said that we will send one technician to your location after confirmation from technician we will replace or refund your mobile 📱 but till now i didn't received any return pick up date in mail or message. I have purchased this product using icici credit 💳 card will you return that money 💵 to credit card

                                  I have ordered hitachi ac from amazon.in on 09th april 2019 with order id :[protected] for which cashback of 2000 rs. Is to be received till 31st july 2019 (This offer is for citi bank cards holder & 10 % or max rs. 2000 cashback) but this cashback is not received so far. For which i had complaint on amazon multiple times and every times reply from amazon side is wait for 3-5 working days, with in this duration you will get cashback, but i had not received cashback till date.

                                    Its reaaly sad to know that companies like amazon recruit vendors who are theives.

                                    This refers to my order no order #[protected], i have not been contacted but keep getting messages that i was not reachable. When other packets from the same order get delivered, why is that these four items are not deliverd. The reason is that this particular vendor has committed theft and been missing.

                                    The person goes missing with around 4000 rs and now has no face to come to my office as they fear getting arrested.

                                    Thsi is the second time. Last november the delivery guy picked up a van huessen shirt which mytra had delivered. The delivery person even confessed to his crime but mr shahnawaz came to his rescue promising to pay me the next day and since then even he is absoncding.

                                    Does amazon does a reference check before hiring vendors or do we need to reach oout to the national consumer forum.

                                    These incidents are really shameful and leave us with horrifying experience.

                                    I still haven't received anycalls from the Amazon team. Either these people are not serious or just letting the issue settle on its own.

                                    May I please request the consumer forum to be a bit more strict

                                      I ordered a mobile LG W30 which i got on 16/08/19. But its damaged product totally looking like its has been used for many days. Its has lots of scratch on mobile screen, backside and charger also even charger not had poly packing. The same day i called to customer care of amazon they said they exclate my issue and this phone will get replacement within 24 hours. I dint get any confirmation msg, call or mail even it has not been updated on app also but i waited for 24 hours there is no response. Next day i again called them they said there are some error so they are sending me a link i can arrange a replacement through that link i tried that many times but it gave me error so i took screenshots and send them mail regarding this after that there is no response. I called them same day that i sent you mail regarding error on that link which you sent me they said again i have to wait for 24 hours and again they didn't sent me any confirmation mail msg or call but i didn't had any option so i waited again for 24 hours. Now this 6th day i am doing calls sending mail continuesly but there is no response from their side and they are saying same thing on every call that "they dint get any mail call before this from my side and there is exclation registered now we registering you complain you get replacement within 24 hours please wait. " This thing they are doing from 6 days now only 4 days left for replacement but i think they are just wasting my time only. Now i dont need replacement because i dont trust them they are doing this intensionally so i need refund so take your product back and give me my money back.

                                        I have ordered "blaupunkt bt400 volcano 40 portable party bluetooth speaker with wireless karoke mic (Black)" with some other tiny items vide order #[protected] and order #[protected] on 10-aug-2019 worth rs.7423/- and discount of 10% applied by sbi card as per time term and got rs.742.30 discount. Total payment made rs.6680.20 in a single transaction (Prepaid).
                                        I received all tiny items worth rs.1821.60 on/within time but the large item not delivered i. E. "blaupunkt bt400 volcano"

                                        As per track package and sms this item was to be delivered on 16-aug-19. I come to know after telephonic conversation to customer care of amazon india on 17-aug-19 that my item is returned to seller. It is done without my consent. It clearly means,
                                        "either item has not been dispatched by seller or courier has not taken extra burden to deliver this large package".
                                        Same problem i faced before (Records may be seen in comparison of size of items) with my order dtd 21-dec-18 and i had to re-order but on same price.

                                        In this order, after 10 days i got my refund. By this order i was going to get "blaupunkt bt400 volcano" at a cost of rs.4859.10 and now due to price increased or offered end, it costs worth rs.5999/-.
                                        My family members ware very excited and waiting impatiently for this item.
                                        I faced loss of money as well as mental stress too.
