I have recieved a defective device but they are not replacing my product since last 2 weeks. Neither they are refunding my money.
They are giving absurd replies and my complaint is not being solved since last 2 weeks. I have done all the procedures as per their requirement but still the ans is same. It's a pure harassment as I am not able to work and my most of of time is used in calling them and telling them the same story to different representatives
