I have recently order Croma 1 Ton 3 Star Smart Convertible Inverter Split AC on 18th Dec. As per confirmation from Amazon, delivery was supposed to happen on 21st Dec. Due to some technical reason, delivery was done on 21st Dec. I have contacted Amazon to confirm delivery, but they refused to confirm delivery, i have keep on chasing with them couple of days, but no agent was confirming delivery. Every time agent confirm, issue has been escalated. No call was being received from Amazon to confirm issue and delivery was still not done.
Finally i have decided to cancel order, i ask for refund, Agent said now it is too difficult to cancel, after couple of times, i put request to cancel. Finally i have to cancel order from my end, they were not cancelling order, neither they refunded payment to bank account still.
I had tried customer service requested to look this issue and resolve but they were unable, every time same reason, escalated issue to higher department.
Now i am really stressed out, not even refund is given by Amazon with no delivery of product.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
