Amazon India — Refund against exchange the product

Dear Team,

Amazon is miss guiding to customer for exchange the product.

Amazon is making money through exchange the product. Because on exchange exchange bonus we not be returned and exchanged item also not returnable as per conveyed after making money from me.

I purchased Mi 11x through amazon @ 26999 rs (15047.82 Credit card + 30 rs Amazon Pay+ 11300 Mobile Exchange +621 no cost emi amount) on 5th oct 2021 in which i recieved Convert missing, i update the amazon team then he generated the replacement and i got replacement on 14th oct 21 and made the video o[censored]nboxing and found again USB cable and Adptor missing in box.

I raised the concern to amazon team, take the time of 2-3 days for problem resolution. On 20th oct i discussed with Amazon team, he said to me for return request generation and money will be credit in original payment option. I confirmed 02 times by Amazon team i will get 11300 rs against exchange the mobile and 15047 rs in credit card and 30 rs in amazon pay balance.

11300 rs also will be received in amazon pay balance.

After return request generation i got a mail by amazon team in which clearly mentioned break up of 26999 rs

15047.82 rs in credit card
11921 rs in POA (Payment on Amazon)

But now i got 15047.82 rs on credit card and 4800 Amazon pay balance against Mobile and 30 rs against amazon pay balance used in payment.

Now amazon team is denied to refund the money rest 6500/- rs

I raised the mail to amazon team Against this issue but no one is replying on this mail.
Total 5 reminder gone on this issue but no one is acknowledging. In this mail video o[censored]nboxing also attached.

No any update received to till time from your and Amazon. So pls revert.

I have mailed 11 reminder against this issue to [protected]@amazon.in and [protected]@amazon.in but reply from there end.
