My name is Abdul Hanan.
I am working as a cab driver by day and a freelance graphic designer by night.
I ordered a laptop on 6 September 2022 for 45990Rs.
I paid using emi thru debit card.
Unfortunately i ordered the wrong model so i cancelled immediately.
But the money was transacted.
I called Amazon customer service.
They said they have initiated the refund and i will receive it in 3 to 5 business days.
Its been 8 days now.
I still haven't received my refund.
Moreover everytime i go to the bank to ask about the refund status they ask me for a reference number,
Which Amazon has failed to provide me with,
I have asked for it several times,
They keep saying they have intiated the refund and ill recieve the amount shortly.
But no RRN has been provided with,
I also haven't received any email of a refund initiation.
I only recieved an order confirmation and a Cancellation confirmation.
I am so desperate, and feel so hopeless
I have deadlines to meet.
I need to buy a new laptop as my old one is dysfunctional and worn out.
Please HELP
