Amazon India — Refund- Amazon returns | |
Previous complaint was deleted - not sure who deleted, reposting again. Refund of ORDER[protected] Ordered a pair of Asics shoes on 20 sep 2020, as the shoes were not satisfactory I initiated returns and requested to refund to my amazon pay account as the account I used to do this transaction is closed. There was no update of my refund for many days after the return shipment was collected by amazon delivery agent. After multiple follow up Amazon is saying they have initiated refund to my closed bank account on 27 oct and have provided a RRN no. However as my bank account is closed, bank is not able to help on this nor able to trace this transaction, Amazon is saying funds are transferred and you should check with bank.
