Amazon India — Refund and replacement | |||
Dear Team, I ordered Apple's Steel Case Series 6 smartwatch on August 21st. I got it on August 25th and I got the smartwatch I got the wrong order I contacted the Amazon customer service and told them my problem and I mailed them. I sent them photos of the wrong item I found. They took my complaint and asked me to contact them on 30 August. I then contacted them on 30 August. They accepted my request to return the product and the wrong product I received was taken from me by the delivery part on 31st August and they checked the product from me and picked it up. So if we had to reinvest because we got the wrong product, I would have contacted them later if they canceled my refund request but I have a polite request to help.
