On 29.07.2022 I received the LG gram laptop which was already opened and refurbished. I reported on the same day on Amazon customer care that the received item is already a used product and attached the images and they approved the return and scheduled to pick it up after 2 days. Return pick-up was scheduled on 1.08.2025. Nobody came for return pickup. We called customer care and they rescheduled the pickup after three days. Almost 22 days now and they keep going for rescheduling the pickup and no one has a clear answer why they are unable to pick it up I am so frustrated now to call customer care and explain all their mess to a different person every time spending my 1 2 hours explaining them and no one has clear answer except rescheduling for next 2 3 days. They mail as self return the product to the seller's address.
Last 22 days harassment was created by Amazon. Still, the item is not been returned or picked up and no confirmation made when they will refund the money. I ordered the laptop on amazon pay EMI and now notification for the first instalment received because of all this mess now my bank record will get affected, We should get a refund at the earliest and a compensatory amount for handling the issue/harassment for such a long time.
