Amazon India — refund confirmed by amazon (tvs) technician but now refused by amazon | |||
I perched one mobile on 15 the feb. On 18 feb, when i started using the mobile found its not working properly. Immoderately i lodge complaint and send mail to amazon. On 22 feb technician visited my place and confirmed about faulty mobile. He promise me to refund or replace. On 25th i called customer care they said your complaint has been resolved. Again i lodge complaint again technician visited my place on 28th feb, and he provided certificate for faulty mobile and software. Certificate uploaded for reference. Name of technician visited is mr, gupta no... [protected], from tvs Now amazon is not ready for refund due to time over. But is was not my fault, amazon technician did not visited my place on time. I have charges for 1/11 and 2/11 for 13.90 on my credit card. I do not know what these charges are for. Please refund my credit card at once.
