Amazon India — Refund for a damaged product | |
My order no. - #[protected] I have got a damaged selfie stick and nobody is there to take the product back. I have sent the product using courier facilities after discussing with customer service team. now they are not reversing the courier charges and product refund is still pending. can someone look into the issue and reverse the complete amount I have paid amazon for returning the product. kindly process the refund so that I can repurchase.
