Amazon India — refund for returned item not received | |||
I ordered wahl 9484-400 u-clip pro home pet grooming kit by wahl on 02nd may 2017 under order #[protected] for rs. 2, 918.68 and paid in full by credit card. Thereafter i cancelled the order on may 05, 2017. Subsequently, company sent the item, but i did not accept the it, as i had already registered cancellation of the order. I have not received the refund of the amount till date, though more than 2.5 months have elapsed. My calls are not answered on amazon helpline. I feel cheated by the company.
