Amazon India — refund from amazon still not credited to my bank account | |
I had ordered a product amounting to rs.2820 from amazon ecom online platform (Seller name: sallcom india) on 8th july 2020 (Wednesday) 8.34 pm and after that i cancelled the order on the very day morning on 9th july 2020 11 am due to compatibility issues. Rs. 274.95 was paid through amazon pay balance and the remaining amount of rs.2545.05 was paid through my central bank debit card. On 10th july 2020 10.14 am amazon initiated the refund amount to my card and amazon pay balance. I got rs. 274.95 within 2 hours on my amazon pay balance but i still didn't get the money rs.2545.05 that was processed on my central bank debit card/account. Amazon sent this refund reference number #74332740193019266255969 and the transaction id for the refund #4hlouhunj7z and told me to fill charge dispute form but the bank has not been able to locate/credit the amount to my account yet. It has been over 25 days and the amount hasn't been credited to my bank account till date. I have been robbed. No one is bothered about my hard earned money. Please help me in getting the refund credited to a different bank account or amazon pay balance immediately. This is beyond expectations for a customer centric company.
