I ordered the Kokal Baby Girls Angel Pari Dress for Rs. 698 on 31st Oct'22. I received that product on 3rd Nov'22. Due to size and quality of material, I returned that product on the same day, for which refund was initiated and issued to my old saving bank account which is inactive( UCO Bank, Branch-Gwarighat, Jabalpur), with Reference Id[protected].
I have called many times and register the complain regarding same, but I didn't receive my money yet.
When I spoke to Amazon customer care executive they said bank will give you the money we can't do anything. If I spoke to UCO Bank they said money can't be transferred to permanent closed account.
How can I get my money back?
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
