Amazon India — Refund initiated without intimation after waiting for 15 days for product delivery

Dear sir,
i was placed an order in amazon being order number Order #[protected], dated[protected] of value Rs 15, 898 inverter, it supposed to be delivered on or beforen[protected]as per tracking details) but they failed to dispatch on that day and again they mentioned it will deliver on[protected] again failed, they updated status as item running late.
then i called to customer care regarding this and they told it will delivered within 48hrs but again failed and they simply refunded my payment without delivery of item and that to without intimation. After waiting for 15 days they simply cancelled my product and they wasted my time which is very important, so my request to you sir please take necessary action against it..
