[Resolved] Amazon India — refund issues of order number[protected] | |||
After lapsing of four days of above mentioned order number my paid amount of 9008 inr rupees is not credited into my account. I received a confirmation email about refund of my amount on 10th december 2018 in which amazon clearly mentioned that "your refund of rs. 9008.00 has been processed successfully on 12/9/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/13/2018". The authorization code for the transaction is 166109 I want to ask one question from amazon is - are you refund the customer amount by sending it via post or courier and if not then for what you take 4 to 5 days and even after there are no any assurance about refund Was this information helpful? | |||
