[Resolved]  Amazon India — refund money not issued

I have bought 2 amazon fulfilled products on june 5 2018 one is
Iconnect world dvi-i male 24+5pin to 15 pin vga female adapter and another one is kbs brand high quality vga cable 15pin male to male - 3 meter - white. Both cost rs 608. One of the item is not working i have checked many times, it doesn't works and another item, quality is not good. So i returned both the items in perfect condition on the next day itself on june 6, 2018. I have requested the amazon to issue the money in amazon pay balance. But, more than a week gone.. Still the refund amount rs 608 is not yet issued in amazon pay balance. I contacted customer service several times, but no one is helping in this issue. They are cheating the customers. They are not following their policies. Please help me to refund the amount rs 608..
