Amazon India — Refund my amount | |||
I have placed an order for Dress Material on Amazon on 13/10/16 Order Number:[protected], it was delivered on 19/10. The material which I received was not the one which I have placed order for and that too it was a damaged piece. I have returned that material on 20/10 itself and I have placed an refund request. I have spoke to Amazon customer care Many a times, even with Senior executives, they always say we are trying to resolve your issue give us 3 - 5 working days. Its more than 50 days now they didn't even generated Refund reference number and my concern is still unsolved. I have experienced a WORST service from Amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
