Amazon India — Refund not credited into my account

Recently i have placed an order on 1 december and i have requested to cancel the product (order#[protected] and they told that refund was iniated on 8th december but i did not recieve and refund from u r side.And they have requested to attach a statement of my account. Plzz check it and revert my money(27999) back to my account. Kindly find the attachment below. And the payment was done through debit card

Updated by Vnu Reddy i have spoken with my branch manager also they are requesting for RTGS or NEFT transtion ids to solve the issue.note:plzz check with u r bank transactions there is a possibility that money has reverted back into u r account please contact [protected] to solve my issue.
