I had placed an Order[protected] on 25th June and cancelled it . The amount was supposed to be refunded by 7th july . However there was no amount credited back in the respective card.
I had raised this issue with customer care on 10th july, the customer care executive said that the refund reference number is not generated and will escalate it and resolve it in 5 working days. It's already 10 days after this call and still I have no response whatsoever from your team. The amount is still not refunded, i didn't get any email on order refund reference number
I need this to be closed on priority.
