Amazon India — Refund not given till date even | |||||
I had purchased a mobile phone from amazon via invoice no ka-blr[protected] on receiving the phone i found it defective so i iniated the refund for this but to my utter shock even after 21 days i am still waiting for the refund, nobody answers from amazon and nobody answers from kotak bank amazon is saying that they had refund the amount and my bank is saying amazon is just lying nothing has been iniatated so they had asked for the utr number which amazon is reluctant to provide so clearly that means its the fault of amazon its my request to amazon please clear my amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
