Am highly disappointed with the service we have received for being a long-standing customer with Amazon India. I am reporting this on behalf of my mother who is an elderly diabetic patient and customer service has caused co much of mental stress over the past few months.
I had made a transaction with Amazon on 23 August 2022 for Rs.2534. The order contained multiple products and I have returned all the items. Amazon did refund me for few items on 8, 13, &22 September 2022 however they did not refund Rs.369. I have literally made ample number of calls and all I have been told is they have received incorrect item, they are not ready to disclose what the item is and all the staff are rude, they would just hang up the phone when asked more questions. I do NOT have any item from Amazon and my money is stuck with then which they are refusing to refund. I have spent hours and hours talking to Amazon and got no help. I again called up Amazon recently who is again telling the same and refunded refund, hung up the call. I should at least know what was the incorrect item. I have even contacted delivery person who picked up the items and he says all items were returned to Amazon. And if this is not the case something must have gone wrong with that single item. Customer care team does not seem to care for Customers and they keep hanging up the calls. There is no empathy, you keep declining refund without even understanding the problem. I request this matter to be looked into as a matter o[censored]rgency. What could a possible middle class elderly person do with Rs.369 which Amazon has refused to refund with no fault of ours. On my recent contact I was in formed, that I am calling after 6 months and nothing can be done, however the concerns was reported when it occurred.
I appreciate your help and response. I do understand your busy schedule. I could only hole senior leaders to first listen to customer and not ignore.
