I purchase iphone 7 on 6th june and payment deduct 77900 to my friend account but by mistake i purchase wrong color so i cancel this item same day i received a cancellation mail from amazon but about 20 days passed refund not get what is this i call many time and always customer support send my detail to account spacialist team and he asked me send a fax of bank statement i send this fax 10 times but always got same mail i call near 10 times but money not refunded yet this is very bad amazon lose my account 21 days passed amazon activate my account or refund this money 77900 to original payment mode copy of your email below. Last card digit 37 thank you

I cancelled an order 2 weeks ago. So far I have not received refund. Amazon is blaming the bank. Bank customer support wants me to visit the home branch which is 300 km away from my present location
